sHopPING

After the field trip with my school, i went on a shopping spree with my sis. it's more like window shopping...i've to buy a white blouse for my presentation. it must be a formal wear... hahaha
i bought the white blouse for 27.20 after a 20% discount. the original price was $36...hehehe...
and the belt shown above, i bougght it for $13.90. just in case that those beautiful diamonds were to drop, i applied a nail polish coat to coat the diamond. it seems like a glue to me when i was applying it.hehehe...

Field Trip to Gardenia

Today, after an hour of Econs lecture we all went to a field trip to GARDENIA... it was a nice and interesting experience. The host showed us the different types of Gardenia product... some of which i've never heard of...(hi-calcium bread, focaccia, european loaves-many types of it and most important of all, the frozen product)

Before we get to take a peek in the factory, we were given a form to fill in and a new product to taste. we were told that the product has not been sold in the market. it was a new product: Cheese Focaccia...it was great... the toppings are just nice...

I can then see the factory with my own eyes; how they process the food and package it...they can deliver the goods as early as 0300hrs. the factiry visit is great man... from the time i saw them throwing some of the bread away, i starts to wonder, why are they wasting those nice and fluffy bread.

After a peek to the factory, i asked ANGELA; our host, why was it that they threw those bread. she answered that they are doing a quality check and that thise bread are either overcooked or undercooked. i was then told that the bread that have expired in the markets are sent back to the factory. these bread together with the thrown away bread are then sent to the animal farm. in a way they are recycling back those bread and not wasting it...hehe..it was indeed a good way of recycling...
